Many students plod along in pre-license courses costing $800 or more and taking months to complete their studies. Our Accelerated program is at a much lower cost and takes only 10 weeks to be qualified to take your state exam. If you want to get started on your new career quickly this is the method that gets you on your way.

Complete ALL of your studies in just 7 weeks and become a Property Manager! This hybrid course combines live lecture with online home study to meet the 60 hour requirement for the Oregon Property Manager license. The class meets for seven, 2 hour sessions and, along with the online home study, will prepare you to take the state exam.

This course is required for your first Broker license renewal. We have divided the 27-hour course requirements into classroom instruction and home study. The class meets for three Thursday mornings. The classes consist of both online home study as well as classroom tutoring and testing to prepare you to take your Oregon Insurance agent exams. The series begins with all students taking the first two evenings of Insurance Regulation and General Insurance Concepts.
