This Continuing Education course meets the requirements of the Oregon Real Estate Agency for 15 hours of eligible credit. It covers the basics of real estate Agency and includes the law of Agency, Seller Property disclosure Requirements, Common Law and Statutory Agency Law, Dual/Single/Sub Agency, Buyer Broker Agency and Alternatives to Agency. Also included are a number of forms from the Oregon Revised Statutes.
