This course meets the requirements of the Oregon Real Estate Agency for 5 hour of eligible credit. It covers the various types of real estate licensing and the responsibilities and duties of each. Also covered are selecting a sales force, broker management, training, supervision, and the attributes of a successful broker. The second part deals with leadership traits, characteristics, skills and fiduciary duty. The third section relates to methods of communication including listening, verbal, non-verbal and written. Office Selection and Facilities is important to a brokerage business. Covered here are demography, business cycles, design, and security.
